Scaffolder

7:00am. Coffee at the yard. Crew loads up. The clock’s already running.

Most scaffolders start their day stuck in traffic, unpaid, driving to a site they’ve never seen. Ours start together at the yard, then travel to site in a company vehicle, on the clock.

That’s the first difference. Here are the rest.

Where You’ll Be Working

Not another house. Not another shopfront.

  • 17 metres up inside a dam
  • Two kilometres underground in a tunnel
  • Over a rail corridor, racing a shutdown window
  • Power stations, hydro, manufacturing plants and alpine country

Every one of those jobs had something the drawings didn’t show. That’s the bit our crews enjoy.

Where It Can Take You

We’re growing, and we promote from within. If you want to lead a crew, we’ll build you into it.

Every quarter the whole team takes a day out together. We sharpen the standards, then talk about your goals, at work and outside it, and how we can help you get there. Last time we finished at an indoor climbing gym. The time before, paddleball got very competitive.

Apply using the form on this page or via our SEEK ad, and add a few lines answering these two:

  • Tell us about a time a site didn’t match the plan. What did you do?
  • What’s one thing you’ve got better at in the last 12 months, and how did you do it?

What’s in It for You

Don’t just take our word for it:

What You’ll Need

If you’re the one on the crew who sees the problem first and has a fix ready, we want to hear from you.
