Albury Lane Roof

First Scaff was engaged by Jon Bartasious Builders to provide scaffolding for roof rectification works at a high-end residential property in West Albury.

The roof trusses of the home had failed, requiring the removal of existing roof tiles and safe access for rectification and retiling.

To improve site efficiency, First Scaff designed a scaffold that was engineered to hold and store roof tiles during the works, saving trades significant time by avoiding the need to lower and re-lift materials throughout the process.

Project Environment

  • Established residential garden – care taken to protect landscaping, driveway and property infrastructure.
  • Tight access – steep driveway and limited space around the home required careful planning and setup.
  • Client-focused delivery – high-end homeowner environment demanded clean presentation and minimal site disturbance.

Project Outcome

The scaffold was installed safely, efficiently and with no damage to the surrounding property. Its custom design allowed trades to complete roof rectification and retiling on schedule, improving workflow and reducing manual handling. This project demonstrated First Scaff’s ability to combine safety, precision and professionalism in residential environments where attention to detail and care are essential.
