Trainee Scaffolder

If you’re ready to move on from roles with no future and want a hands-on career with real progression, this is a solid opportunity to move forward.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or already a basic scaffolder looking to take the next step, we offer structured training, real site experience, and support to gain higher-level tickets. Our team includes scaffolders at all stages of their careers, and we invest in developing every one of them.

You don’t need prior experience to apply and if you already have some time on the tools, we’ll help you move toward Intermediate/Advanced Scaffolding, Dogging, and Rigging qualifications through a clear, supported pathway.

What You'll Do

  • Working alongside qualified scaffolders on industrial sites
  • Learning how to build, modify and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently
  • Supporting access builds that keep local manufacturers and essential services running
  • Developing practical skills and knowledge day by day with guidance from experienced crew
  • Contributing to a team that takes pride in doing things properly

For existing scaffolders:

  • Gaining exposure to more complex structures, higher-risk work, and specialised industrial environments
  • Building the competency base needed for Intermediate/Advanced Scaffold, Dogging, and Rigging pathways.
