Labourer – Become a Scaffolder

In 2023, one of our team members walked into our yard with zero scaffolding experience.

Today he’s a Junior Team Leader, running his own jobs on some of the biggest industrial sites in the region.

We’re looking for the next one.

The Job

You’ll start as a labourer on our scaffolding crews. You’ll carry gear, learn the systems, and work alongside experienced scaffolders. From there, you learn scaffolding on real jobs:

  • Inside dams and hydro stations
  • At power stations and manufacturing plants
  • Underground in tunnels and over rail corridors

No two days look the same. You won’t be stuck sweeping the same site for six months.

The Path

Labourer → Basic Scaffolding ticket → Intermediate → Advanced → Team Leader

We pay for your tickets, and your pay goes up with each scaffolding ticket. How far and how fast you go is up to you.

Ready to Apply?

Apply using the form on this page or via our SEEK ad, and add a few lines answering these two:

  • Why do you want to learn scaffolding?
  • What’s one thing you’ve got better at in the last 12 months, and how did you do it? Work, sport or anything else counts.

What’s in It for You

  • Meet the crew at the yard each morning and travel to site in a company vehicle, on the clock
  • Paid lunch break
  • Paid the full 8 hours, plus an accrued RDO
  • Home most nights, with the odd shutdown away
  • Every quarter, a team day focused on your goals, not just the job

Why us:

  • 2026 Employer of Choice at the Albury Wodonga Business Awards and the Business NSW Riverina Murray Awards
  • Finalist at the 2026 NSW State Business Awards

What You’ll Need

  • White Card, or willing to get one before you start
  • Driver’s licence
  • Fit, reliable, and fine working at heights
  • A good attitude and a real hunger to learn

That’s it. We’ll teach you the rest.
