First Scaff was established in 2016 after purchasing Scaffold Specialists, a long-standing scaffolding business that had been servicing the Albury-Wodonga region since 1999. From day one, the goal was clear: to lift the standard of scaffolding across regional Australia by delivering cleaner gear, safer systems and stronger communication.
Today, the company is recognised as a trusted partner across manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure, completing thousands of projects across Victoria and New South Wales.
Our team operates under a CM3-certified OH&S Management Plan, fully aligned with AS/NZS 1576, AS/NZS 4576, AS/NZS 1657:2018, and AS/NZS 4994 standards. Every member of our team holds High Risk Work Licences, from Basic through to Advanced, and completes mandatory Working at Heights and Confined Space training.
We invest in our people through bi-yearly Summit Days and annual re-inductions, combining safety reviews, personal goal setting and skill development. These sessions ensure every crew member stays sharp, confident and accountable.
Our proven systems and certifications reflect the same standard we bring to every job with quality, compliance and care.
Accredited to the highest Australian safety standards:

We invest heavily in training and career development through structured in-house traineeships that align with each individual’s goals and our company’s needs. We are proud to reinvest in our local region through sponsorships, partnerships and community initiatives that strengthen the industries and people around us.
