Built by People Who Care About More Than the Job

Safe, Skilled and Community-Minded.

At First Scaff, we believe regional businesses have a responsibility to strengthen both industry and community. Our mission is to deliver safe, compliant access solutions that keep projects moving while creating real opportunities for local workers and families. Through training, mentoring and community partnerships, we build more than structures, we build people, careers and stronger regional industries.

From Local Foundations to Industrial Specialists

First Scaff was established in 2016 after purchasing Scaffold Specialists, a long-standing scaffolding business that had been servicing the Albury-Wodonga region since 1999. From day one, the goal was clear: to lift the standard of scaffolding across regional Australia by delivering cleaner gear, safer systems and stronger communication.

Today, the company is recognised as a trusted partner across manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure, completing thousands of projects across Victoria and New South Wales.

Our F.I.R.S.T. Standards

Our values guide every decision we make on and off site. They define how we work, how we show up and what our clients can expect from us.

F

Fully Prepared, Every Time
We show up ready to go. On time, with the right gear, mindset and attitude. Professionalism starts the moment we step on site. We respect the gear, the site and the crew, leaving every job looking better than we found it.

I

Investing in People & Community
We create opportunities for regional workers through mentoring, training and sponsorship. As a regional business, we lead by example by supporting local clubs, organisations and youth programs.

R

Results-Driven Problem Solving
We solve problems, not create them. When things get challenging, we stay calm, think smart and deliver. Safety and quality always come first.

S

Striving for Growth & Excellence
We believe in continuous improvement. Every team member is encouraged to keep learning, innovating and finding better ways to work.

T

Together, We Build Something Bigger
We work as one team. Whether on-site or in the community, we support each other and give back to the region that supports us.

Meet the People Behind the Scaffold

Our people are the core of who we are. The First Scaff team is made up of qualified scaffolders, riggers and crane operators who share one goal: to deliver safe, efficient and professional access solutions on every site.

We invest heavily in training and career development through structured in-house traineeships that align with each individual’s goals and our company’s needs. Training pathways include qualifications in confined space entry, dogging, rigging, crane operation, working at heights and leadership development for team leads.

Proudly Supporting Regional Sport, Culture and Community

We are proud to reinvest in our local region through sponsorships, partnerships and community initiatives that strengthen the industries and people around us.

We currently sponsor and support:

We prioritise hiring local tradespeople and supporting Indigenous employment through our partnership with On-Country Pathways. Our success is shared with our community, and every project we complete contributes to something bigger.

Together, We Build Something Bigger

At First Scaff, we combine industrial expertise with regional pride. Whether it is a large-scale shutdown, a local build or an emergency response, you can count on our team to deliver with safety, precision and integrity.
